Warm Up

They had always been early birds, but usually the time Peter woke up to get Nac ready for work had more fire hair around. He had waited for comment while he was preparing and putting on the tack, but the two female twins just stayed in sight, watching without saying anything, if he'd have dared, he'd said they were nervous for him. After so much effort getting him to be worth of his mount, the man was still surprised the so confident girl wasn't giving him so harsh order to get things work better.

Once both human and horse were ready he turned to the ladies smiling confidently. "What do you think girls ? I have to sat I love that pirate shirt they gave us, ain't ya jealous ?" he smirked and Elizabeth elbowed her sister so she'd answer something. Sophie sprang to her feet, going straigth at him, her finger pointing his nose. "You better not mess it up." She was cold and dead serious, and it almost made the man flinch. Then the girl turned to the horse and grabbed his bridle, making eye contact with the flaming eyes. "You better show them what your worth too." The stallion's ears pinned back and he snorted, of course. Sophie turned heels to join her sis, grabbing her by the arm to pull her along, she stopped just at the exit and turned around to look at the pair. "I'll be watching!"

"That was quite a mental warm up, and harsh good luck, don't you think ?" Peter finally said leading the stallion out to the dry lake for warm up. "We better not decieve them."
