(cause I was unable to be online and entertain for the last 3 weeks!)
If I can quote myself :
There are as many potential breed based on a simple concept as there are artists willing to think about it.
Here is the idea, I provide a basic concept to be used in the creation of a breed.
What I expect :
One file breedsheet (can be a drawing, drawing with info in AC or a detailed journal) Which informations should there be:
Origin/History
Appearance (Physical traits & coat colors, markings etc)
Behaviors & Temperament
Breeding details
Discipline
The theme should be noticeable either from the History, Appearance or Behaviors, two of those, or from all three. (Appearance only will earn the less points )
Rules :
You must be creative and open-minded (go farther than your first thought when reading the theme)
You can do a fantasy or realistic breed.
You can collab on making the breed. (just make sure you know how to share the prize.)
You have up to two entries per person.
You can choose to launch your breed after the contest ends or not.
Feel free to share your thought process on why it fits the theme!
How to submit your entry:
To avoid any type of cheating I will request that you sta.sh your creation and send me a link in a note whenever you are ready to submit it.
You can choose to share your ideas but please don't submit the finished piece to your gallery before the submission deadline.
Once the submission deadline is passed you can go ahead and submit your creation, the judging will follow in the following week.
Judging details:
I will go along with a point system on how each detail is creative and how it is linked to the theme.
Origin/History /20pts a good origin story can really make a difference, introduce a reason on why it fit the theme etc
Appearance /10ptsbe creative
Behaviors & Temperament /20pts be creative
Breeding details /20pts breeding behaviors, details about birth, offspring features etc
Disciplines/Uses /10pts how the disciplines listed suit with the temperament and build given
+0 to 5 pts for a well written thought process
+5 pts for advertizing the contest in a journal/poll/status
Prize :
I will buy a custom import of the winning breed for 1,000 
I will advertize the breed when drawing said import.
All entrants will receive a review on their breed concept.
The theme will be :
Caprini Equus - rideable specie
- Caprini Wikipedia : All domesticated goats, wild goats, ibex, mouflon, all domesticated sheep etc
- Equus Wikipedia : Horses, Wild Asses, Zebras
Extinct species from these are allowed.
Note: What I am looking for is not a specie that can look like any of the hundreds of species in these genus. My advice would be to pick one subspecie from the equus genus and see how you can give it traits from one (sub)specie of the caprini. Example: A four horned Zebra that needs to be sheared once a year. (from Manx Loaghtan)

For the fun of it. I have 4 breed ideas with this theme right now, at the end of the contest if none looks like any of the entries I will follow the contest rules and submit a breedsheet to show entrants what the host came up with on the same subject ;3

I didn't plan to debate on this issue because for me it was not an issue in the first place but since I am accused of stealing a breed.

The little story:
What is written is that me thinking of a Rabbit pony, is something I would have only come up with after seeing her breed (not an original idea from the Easter atmosphere) so I am stealing her breed.

So here is my debate.
I believe that you can't put a copyright on something as broad as AnimalBreed Equine.
For me it seemed something logic has it already happened in ARPG quite a few time.
As a concrete example check out all those Raptor Equine ( you know I love DinoHorses)
(lookat those beast so pretty)
(so colourful and spiky!)
(so much fur!)
there is my shot at it cause I had only herbivores
Other breed whose breedsheet disappeared but were well known over 5 years ago: Schreitier (Example), also Equus Antirrhopus (Example)
Of course there are also individuals such as this one (really creative!), or this one, or again this one.
All rights to their rightful owners.
And I didn't see any of these people accusing any other that (s)he was stealing his/her breed by making a raptor horse.
Conclusion: There are as many potential breed based on a simple concept as there are artists willing to think about it. One should not restrict others' creativity.
(This conclusion makes me want to throw a contest 8'D Giving a theme and see what everyone can come up with as a breed concept could be pretty fun, feel free to tell if you're interested -I'd pay like 1000 for an import from the winner of the contest and give reviews for each entrants-)

- You all remember at Easter I posted Jack because I wanted a rabbit pony and that is the concept I came up with:
- You knows me and when I like something I always make it a breed to share. (making a breed on it's own is more challenging as well)
- Before I actually make a breed I always look around to see if there is any breed that is really close to mine or not (cause several people can have the same idea and I don't know all existing breeds around here ;3)
- The only one I found was the Lapsequine Song-Wolf-Farm and seeing how detailed the breedsheet traits were, it was obvious they were much different from mine (22hh vs pony, paws vs hooves, horse coat mix vs rabbit coat etc)
- So I went ahead and made the BunPuns recently. (Bunny pony breedsheet )
- Now despite friendly explaination of my point of view in comments here.
- I was still accused of obnixious stealing of the breed here.

So here is my debate.
When you have a breed concept what do you truly own?
I believe that you can't put a copyright on something as broad as AnimalBreed Equine.
Example: you decide to make a Deer Horse, you give an arabian build, horse coat, antlers on all sex, deer hooves, origin would be a cross between a unicorn and a deer and they can use magic -cause unicorn!-
That doesn't mean someone can't do a Deer Horse which has draft build, horse hooves, deer coat, antlers on males only, origin from dna modifying by adding deer dna to a foal in utero.
> For me what you own is not only "Deer Horse" what you own is "Deer Horse + physical and behavorial traits + origin/history" you can also consider a discipline as an additionnal trait (like dragon hunting specialized horses though that my also fall under the history label for 'historical use of the breed')

1. She was a well known oracle when she was younger. She still has pretty accurate visions.
2. She was supposed to enter a forced mariage when she was 16 but she decided against it and left her homecountry.
3. She always have a dagger somewhere at hand reach because she's still a girl wandering alone, even if her companions are really watchful guardians.
4. She can hunt with a bow and take care of her kills (even if she has to go elbow deep in a bloody carcass to take the intestine out)
5. She believes all males are liar and doesn't trust them (the human ones!)
